Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our centralized distribution center.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
